Your Bridal Gown & Accessories
Who was the wedding gown designer, and what was the style? Eddy K, style EK1013.
Favorite Feature about your dress:How did you know your dress was “the one”? I tried on many dresses and even came back and tried on a few of my favorites. But I knew this was the one before I put it on the 2nd time. I just looked the look. And I even had a whole other look in mind when I went in the first time.
Describe your experience at Pence & Panache: Asia was amazing. She helped me in and out of the dresses and we had a great time. Everyone at Pence and Panache was great.
What accessories did you choose to accent your dress: bracelet and earrings
Your Wedding Day
Wedding Venue: Willow Lake Event Center
Who was your Wedding Photographer: Angela Fleming New Seasons Photography
What was your “something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue”? I did not even think about this day of. Something old was my mom’s wedding ring, it was hers in the 70s. Something new was my new corral boots. Honestly don’t remember borrowed or blue.
What color palette did you select? Our Colors were Purple (lapis), Yellow and Pearl White. Purple because it is my favorite color, white for a clean crisp look and yellow to tie in my dad, who has passed away. (His favorite flower was the yellow rose)
How do you describe the theme of your wedding? Country Chic
What is your #1 tip for brides in the planning process? Think about what you want your venue to look like and have a design in place. Having someone coordinate day of. I didn’t and felt a little lost with that part.
Do you have any advice for brides who are still searching for their perfect bridal gown? Look and try on until you find it, go in with an open mind and even if it’s not what you first envisioned, keep an open mind because the dress could be one you didn’t think it would be.
What was your favorite part of your wedding day? I have a lot of favorite parts of the day, first our dance we only practiced once but it wasn’t a huge disaster like I thought it may be. Also dancing with all our friends was super fun. Everything was a blur that day. But it was a great day.
